The Charisma card is not a cheque guarantee or credit card and must be used in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Card holders must
Reside in the Chester District or work in the Chester District
Be aged 18 or over;
Be on or have applied to go on, the Electoral Register
2. Applicants shall pay charges that are laid down by Chester City Council for the issue of cards and car parking passes. Refunds of charges will not be made for any surrendered card or pass. The card is not valid for use until it has been signed by the cardholder. Cards & passes will be invalid if altered or defaced.
3. Car parking passes are for use on the nominated vehicle only and are not transferable. The pass must be surrendered if a new one is required for a replacement vehicle. Only one FREE car pass will be issued per cardholder. Car passes should be displayed in the near side lower corner of the vehicle windscreen.
4. On leaving the District, cards & car passes should be returned to Charisma, Place Marketing Unit. Chester City Council, The Forum, Chester, CH1 2HS. Cards are not transferable.
5. Cards & car parking passes remain the property of Chester City Council, which reserves the right to withdraw them if in breach of these terms & conditions. The Council also reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Charisma card scheme at any time without notice.
Please note – that receipt of discount will not affect your individual statutory rights as to the quality of goods or services provided. In advertising the availability of discount to residents using the Charisma card scheme the City Council is neither endorsing a particular company or product nor giving any assurance as to the quality of the goods or services provided.
Businesses are entitled to alter their offer or withdraw their offer at any time without notifying card holders.
We will keep you informed as new companies join the scheme and any change of offers made. Your comments, suggestions or ideas are welcome.
